Gavin Rosssdale Walks With Sally

Last night in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles, Gavin Rossdale illustrated his philanthropic duties by performing for a non-profit organization called Walk With Sally. Walk With Sally is an organization that provides healing and comfort to children dealing with the emotional experience of living with or losing a parent to cancer. Founder Nick Arquette lost his mother to breast cancer when he was a young teen. Nick wanted to create a group that provides an emotionally safe environment for children to share their difficult experience with someone who has suffered the same or has been in their own shoes.

Nick's organization has been able to raise money through this one night affair dubbed White Light White Night. For Rossdale, he lent his artistic chops to help raise money for the benefit. Guest who donated or purchased special tickets also were treated to a meet and greet with Gavin which they took photos with him and spoke to Gavin briefly.

Rossdale, was able to get the crowd going as he opened his act with Chemicals Between Us. However, it was a bit hard to enjoy as his mic's volume seemed to be pushed lower than the band's instrument. The great music made up for it. Check out this clip of Chemicals Between Us.

Maryss and Rino of The Beat Freaks create a Dance Tribute to Michael Jackson.

Last Thursday, July 2, 2009, Maryss and Rino of The Beat Freaks debuted their dance Tribute to Michael Jackson. Every Thursday, the twosome teach dance at the Debbie Reynolds Studios in North Hollywood, CA.

As avid fans of Michael Jackson, Maryss and Rino decided to create a dance routine in honor of the gloved one. Their inspiration to dance came from Michael and his creativity. Here are few video clips from what Pacific Rim Video covered last Thursday.

Maryss and Rino were also picked as back up dancers for Michael Jackson's London leg of his tour.

The twosome are also known for being part of The Beat Freaks and competed on MTV's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew - Season 3." Season 4 of the show will start back up on MTV this coming August 9, 2009.

Scarlett Johansson sports a new color on the carpet for He's Just Not That Into You Premiere

This past Monday, Scarlett Johansson along with Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Ginnifer Goodwin and Drew Barrymore set the fashion tone for the premiere of "He's Just Not That Into You."

For Johansson, she was a pleasant surprise as she sported her new burgundy/auburn hair color and a hot printed dress. According to an interview, Johansson loves to change it up a bit for surprise and surprise she did.

For Aniston, she wore a simple pant suit with her hair tied back. Drew Barrymore took more of a short cocktail dress approach. Wearing back accented by a peachy colored fringe.

Jennifer Connelly wasn't scared of sequins as she sported a short green dress capped off with bedazzled shoes.

For the men, it was the regular suit and tie.

Mr Affleck looked complacent as he walked down the carpet with not much a smile but licking his lips every so often. Hmm, I noticed that he's done that at every single event I've taken his picture at.

As for the lone Asian celebrity, Leonardo Nam, he didn't garner as many photogs shooting his pictures. I don't understand as has one the most hilarious line in the movie, "Myspace is the new booty call." Oh well, I guess America is ready for a bi-racial president but not Asian celebs or maybe the Photogs "were just not that into him."

Fly Khicks past Ringmasters on ABDC Season 3 Episode 4

Last night, the all girl dance crew, Fly Khicks, booted off the Brooklyn based Ringmasters on MTV's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew."

After being in the bottom two last week against Team Millennia, The Ringmasters were in the bottom two again with the Miami based Fly Khicks. Apparently, the Brooklyn crew could not flex their muscles enough to go another round on ABDC. Even with the support of Lil Mama, the Ringmasters couldn't get past The Fly Khicks.

In an upset last week against, Team Millennia with many TM supporters on the audience. The viewing audience and possibly Team Millennia must of banded together to vote for other crews which possibly landed The Ringmasters in the bottom two this week.

However, in this week's challenge, "Whack Tracks," the flexing crew received more accolades from the judges than they ever had. The flexers had to take the Macarena and add in their own flavor. As per JC Chasez mentioning that the crew took a song from two sixty year old men and brought their swag to the track.

For Fly Khicks, they took on a C&C Music Factory song and danced their hearts out. I guess that's why they are called Fly Khicks. I wouldn't doubt to see Fly Khicks in the bottom two next week.

Quest is setting their sights on the top of the ABDC peak!

As for the fan favorites of Quest, Beat Freaks and Strikers All Stars, the threesome were able to deliver the power punch that they have become known for. From Quest doing the pendulum made famous by New Kids On the block, to the Beat Freaks taking on the white boy moves, these crew met their challenge.

The entertaining Dynamic Edition was dealt the Achy Breaky Heart. Clogging their was to the America's heart with their hip hop inflected routine, even Shane Sparks loved their moves.

I guess America is not ready for the flexing scene and The Ringmasters ride to the top of America's Best Dance Crew.

This past Tuesday, Britney Spears got remixed by the competing crews on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew.

For the crews a few had some slight challenges. From guys having to be feminine and women having to show their masculine side. This week's challenge of each crew taking a song of Britney Spears and making it their own will be visual delight for all the Britney Spears fans. We caught up with a few of the crews before the show taped and here's what they had to say.

Box Cuttuhz cut from ABDC Season 3

Yesterday, The Box Cuttuhz was the second crew to be eliminated from America's Best Dance Crew. It was the two most "choreo" teams left in the bottom two, Team Millennia and the Box Cuttuhz.

Unfortunately for the Box Cuttuhz, they were cut short with Team Millennia topping on the Box. Internet chats online had the Box Cuttuhz on top. I guess Team Millennia had a stronger support that kept voting for their team.

Well, my video crew of Ellen Kim and Kyle Hanagami were able to get a few last words from both crews after the Box Cuttuhz were eliminated.

Adrienne Janic Overhaulin to Hot Import Nights

Instead of finding Adrienne Janic on the red carpet during the holiday season, I bumped into Ms. Janic in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. She took a quick moment to talk to me about her life after "Overhaulin."

Best known for her hosting gig on TLC's "Overhaulin'" Adrienne Janic has moved from the daylight to the night life of the Speed Channel's "Hot Import Nights." This show takes Adrienne Janic to various spots in the U.S. where she checks out the various car scenes in the area. From Minneapolis to Hawaii, Adrienne has found that each city has its own car culture.

In this three part interview posted below, Adrienne talks about the show, her muscle of building her own car and her acting career!

Flexin and Cloggin adds to the entertainment of ABDC Season 3

Tonight was the premiere of MTV's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew - Season 3." Randy Jackson's interview last October was not a lie, entertainment is taking the forefront with the premiere of the show.

For those of you who were hoping to get to know all the crews will be disappointed as one crew was sent home packing in this episode.

First off, judge J.C. Chasez was absent for the first episode. However, stepping in was Season 1 Winning crew member Rynan "Kid Rainen" Paguio of the Jabbawockeez. Great to see that the guest judge was a former contestant. It took a while before Rynan warmed up to his judging duties but by the end of the show, Kid was able to exude a lot of suggestions.

Lil Mama was all cutesy with her usual interesting outfits.

As for Mr. Shane Sparks, I think he was a bit mesmerized by the Miami Crew, "The Fly Khicks."

Here's a quick breakdown of what the judges had to say about the Season 3 crews after their performance:

The Strikers - Stepping Crew
Shane said that they were tight. Foot work will keep them in. They should also work in the stomps where the audience can hear it.
Rainen said they had so much energy.
My opinion: I ddint' feel the energy. Maybe I'm just used to watching step crews where you can hear the stomps and the chants.

Beat Freaks - The All B-Girl Group from LA
Lil Mama said that the girls have set the tone for tonight.
Rainen says that the other crews will have to step up their esp with the performance given by the Beat Freaks.
Shane says the Laides Can Take It.
My opinion: These girls definitely have a chance of being ABDC champs. They can go head to head with any b-boy group.

GOP - hip hop group from Puerto Rico. Salsa, Reggaeton all mixed up.
Rainen says they stepped it up. Bring in the original flavor and style. He enjoyed the suicide flip. Definitely performers. Just clean u a little bit.
Lil Mama - says that these Latin boys didn't excite her and didn't bring it.
Shane says to play to the ladies. He was a bit skeptical.
My opinion: I hoping more from these boys. The salsa didn't have fuego I was hoping for. Un

Quest - A group of dancers bringing it all together.
Lil Mama - Amazing. They give theater dance and their characters were incredible. A class act. An amazing set. Compliment you that you were the first crew to use the whole stage. Ryan came and did a back flip and landed on your head. You gave us theater.
Rainen - One of most illest performance. Amazing and on point. D-Trix ripped it.
Shane - The Battle is On! This is going to be the sickest season. Quest just represented.
My opinion: I was like Whoa! Ouch! Ryan

Fly Khicks - hot girls who know how to dance from Miami
Lil Mama - I liked it and liked the body waves. Sexy! Love the glides.
Shane - looks good and they can dance. Mixing a lot of elements shows that they represents dancers. Loved the butt action. Wants to see them in more than two episodes.
Rainen - loved it but needs more foundation in their dance.
My opinion - hmmm..if the booty bounce works the go for it..But I think these girls have some tricks up their sneakers. Shane Shane Shane loved the booty bounce.

Ringmasters - Flexing Crew from Brooklyn.
Rainen - they came from the mecca of hip hop and brought something new to the ABDC stage with their flexing movements. Bone breaking!
Shane - So crazy and ironic. They just killed it
Lil Mama - I feel like crying. Definitely representing Brooklyn. One of the Best Crews. *Mama broke down and started crying. Mentioning she went to school with one of the members.
My opinion: Like Whoa again! If you can't stand a double jointed flexing, turn away. But they are definitely a crew to wreckin with. I dub them "Cirque de Soul Hey!"

Box Cuttuhz - Hip Hop crew from San Diego Ca
Shane - Choreography and movement are in sync. Taking us back to first season. Liked that they got theatrical and acting part of their routine. Use Lydia more since she's the only girl on the crew.
Lil Mama - Very Characteristic but needs to bring more energy to their show. Lydia needs to show us why she's the only girl and chosen for this group.
Rainen - Reppin' my hometown vibe of San Diego. Make sure to secure your props.
My opinion - I'm sorry. I heard so much about this crew that I was disappointed and had to yawn. I was waiting for some excitement.

Dynamic Edition - Cloggin Crew
Lil Mama - Whoever had a stereotype of cloggin will have to pick up their drawers. Definitely wowed me. Took hiphop and made it part of their dance. Formation is clean and tight. So Much character and one of the most different crew on the show. Perfect bow. First group tonight that was different.
Rainen - loved the clean lines. Loved the way they incorporated hiphop to their cloggin. Definitely put a different feel to dance. Need a bit more hip hop vibe and learn other styles.
Shane - Bring up the hip hop more but overall loved it.
My opinion - Way different. I felt like their cloggin with the hip hop feel made it look more steppin and blew The Strikers away. They'll have to add more versatility to their future routines or they'll be booted.

Team Millennia - Group made top 12 of casting special season 2.
Rainen - Dope. Came out different than the live edition. They started rockin out. You guys are still bringing it.
Shane - Representing rock and bringing something different.
Lil Mama - Loved them the last time but this time style change should limit them now that they consider themselves rockers.
My opinion - Gave the rock edge to the show but needs to ensure that they show their versatility.

Unfortunately, there were three bottom crews who had to do a dance battle. The crews included G.O.P, Box Cuttuhz, and Fly Khicks.

The Fly Khicks definitely took this battle for their life to heart which spared them from elimination. I just hope they don't over use the booty shake.

Now finally to the crew that was booted tonight - G.O.P...Boricua Pride was shot down. More power to these boys as they showed so much spirit and drive before the show started. I was a bit surprised myself that the got booted as I was a bit bored with Box Cuttuhz.

Introducing the 9 dance crews for America's Best Dance Crew Season 3

Introducing the new crews for MTV's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew - Season 3." After some quick video editing, I finally have some video clips of all the 9 crews competing for America's Best Dance Crew of Season 3.

With some help from my new video hosts Ellen Kim and Kyle Hanagami of dance crew The Lost Kids, I had them working crazy on making sure to get some video interviews of all the Crews from the Show.

As I mentioned before, this season will definitely be about entertainment and not just dance. Get ready for the new Season and new dance crew stars as MTV launches the show this coming Thursday.

Here are the video clips below of each crew with a quick one or two line description of the crew.

The Ringmasters from Brooklyn - Flex dancing is their style. You definitely have to be double jointed. Imagine Cirque De Soleil on the streets or as I coined the name "Cirque de Soul Hey!!!"

The Strikers All Stars from Tallahassee Florida - Steppin is their style! Get ready to hear the stomp, hoot and hollas.

Fly Khicks from Miami - Hot girls with bootylicious moves. Don't count these women out as they will put their hearts along with their bodies on the line to make it to the top.

Beat Freaks of Los Angeles - On the other end of the spectrum, Beat Freaks are an all girl group that can run with the best b-boys in the world. Their b-girl moves may set the tone for Thursday night's premiere edition of ABDC Season 3

Dynamic Edition from Springville, Alabama - A surprise to the season is this cloggin group. Don't count them out because they may take the show to another level.

GOP from San Juan, PR - Boricua, Moreno. These street boys gives the hip hop flavor some Latin Soul. Can their Latin heat take them to the top. You'll have to wait this coming Thursday.

The Box Cuttuhz from San Diego, CA - The music they use will decide their style. Let's see if America decides that their style is number 1.

Quest Dance Crew from Los Angeles - These boys are pretty b-boys. Don't let the hair and pretty boy looks fool you as they make their mark on the ABDC stage.

Team Millennia from Fullerton, CA - Their rage is their power as they cut the stage with their rock edge inspired hip hop choreography. They take their grit to show the rest of the crews that they are here to fight for their banner.

There you have. The crews of Season 3's "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew."

Quest Dance crew sets the tone for friendly competition on ABDC Season 3

Last night was the first taping of the highly successful MTV reality show "Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew" Season 3. I was there along with my new guest video hosts Ellen Kim and Kyle Hanagami of The Lost Kids helping out Pacific Rim Video to capture the excitement of Season 3.

During our pre-show interview of the crews inside the garage, the following clip Dominic of Quest Dance Crew shows the love for various dance crews on ABDC Season 3!

From the crew of Puerto Rico to the cloggers of Alabama and the excitingly and interesting dance genre called flexing, it sure looks like this season is definitely about entertainment.

The Case of Benjamin Nuthin at the Golden Globes

It was a long day as I started my Golden Globe photo coverage at 11:30am and topping it off by partying with the likes of the Entourage and Trueblood Crew at the HBO After Party. The only thing that bummed me out was that "Curious Case of Benjamin Button" became the "Curious Case of Benjamin Nuthin'" at the Golden Globes.

Actually my day started the night before as I readied all my camera equipment to take to the 66th Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Ca this past Sunday, January 11, 2009. I finally got to the hotel lugging my equipment plus my iMac for my photo editor. Thank goodness for my photo editor or I'd be awake for twenty four hours working on photos.

Well well, the carpet became a traffic jam as my spot was right in front of Access Hollywood crew. I love that show but damn, but I missed a bunch of red carpet shots as the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt were snagged by the show to do interviews then rushed through the next section of the red carpet photographers making them forget to stop in my area.

But all in all I was able to get a few shots here and there. Angela was gracious to take a few shots as Brad was being interviewed by the AH crew. During the show as Brad Pitt's name was called out for the nomination of Best Performance by An Actor in Motion Picture - Drama. My heart sank as Mickey Rourke's name was called. Brad became the Curious Case of Benjamin Nuthin'. Along with Best Original score, Benjamin Button scored "nuthin" while "Slumdog Millionaire" won the pick for that category.

However, the press room crowd hooted and hollered for Mickey. I guess he is the comeback kid of 2008. I shouldn't knock him since I didn't watch the movie. After conferring with my feature writer, she said that Rourke definitely deserved it. He was so good that he got lost into his role to the point that one didn't think it was Mickey Rourke playing a wrestler but an actual wrestler in "The Wrestler."

An interesting moment with Sigourney Weaver in the press room. As she began to leave after taking photos, I quipped, "How was the Adirondacks?" She replied back with a smile and thumbs up, "Very cold!" For some odd reason I got some cold stares from a few peeps. Hmmm, were they jealous that I had some information that I was privvy to in order to make small talk. Who knows? I just took what I remembered she said what she would be doing during the holidays while doing a press junket for "The Tale of Despereaux."

Well, I think that will be it for my diatribe on the Globes today as I am running on three hours of sleep. I can't even get myself to look over my shoulder.

I'm back after a long holiday and the passing of my father Pedro Gonzaga

It's been a long holiday happy and sad. I had to take a break from all the Hollywood Hoopla as my father Pedro Gonzaga passed on December 17. I'm back with upcoming red carpet coverages from the Palm Spring Film Festival to the Golden Globes.

Leonardo and Kate reunite on their way to "Revolutionary Road"

This past holiday season on December 16, 2008. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet came together for the premiere of "Revolutionary Road" at the Mann's Westwood Theater in Los Angeles, CA.

As usual, Mr. DiCaprio was one of the most accommodating celebrity on the carpet panning left and right to ensure the photographers had their chance to capture his essence on the carpet.

Kate Winslet was no exception posing for the cameras. She looked amused at all the shouting and requests for solo and over the shoulder shots.

Asian Pop sensation BOA had a surprise appearance in West Hollywood, CA last Friday. Showing her snake strength by debuting her new video at GameBoi.

My photog partner Sthanlee Mirador was able to capture a few shots of BOA as she performed at the GameBoi Night held at Rage Nightclub. Fans didn't mind the hold she had on them as they danced and jumped to her video but were also hoping she would sing.

Having to endure a wait for an hour for Miss Jessica Simpson, event photogs had only 5 minutes to shoot pop turned country artist as she launched her new Fragrance, Fancy at the Macy's South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA.

The last time I did an event at this location was with Fergie. For Simpson, this was a bit more subdued event but more controlled than Fergie. We only had 5 minutes to take our shots. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a battle with the security and Macy employees standing in the way of our shoot. But as professional photographers, we still were able to get our shots.

Is this really my fragrance?

We were trying to get Jessica to take off her sweater to show off her fashion, but I guess it was a bit cold here in Southern California.

Thanks so much for the publicist trying to make sure that we were accommodated. Unfortunately, her hands were tied with the Macy's store telling her that the photo and media opp was limited to 5 minutes.

Oh well, I guess we'll just have to get a whiff of Jessica's Fancy to remind us about the quickie event we did with over 10 photogs driving more than 30 miles just to shoot this event with no "Over The Shoulder" shot from Jessica.

Don't get Madden, get even with K-DCMA Collective Shoes.

Benji and Joel Madden has launched their new DCMA Collect shoes with a collaboration with K-Swiss and Finish Line. If you're looking for some cutting edge street shoes, The Madden Bros have the shoes to kick that madness around with.

This past weekend was their big product launch of their premier line called K-DCMA starting off with a meet and greet event at the Finish Line Store at the Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos, CA. With over 300 fans waiting for an autograph of the Madden Bros, some fans snapped up their shoes to ensure their place in line for the meet and greet.

While Benji and Joel (Nicole Richie's man) were busy signing autographs, partner Tal Cooperman was supervising the bros and the line as other kin Josh Madden was chopping it up with fans of the Madden Bros. Even though Josh just got back from an 18 hour video shoot, he took the time to talk to the fans and make them feel like friends.

This was my first time meeting Josh and he was so down to earth that I felt like I knew him for quite a while. What a nice guy to accommodate me with photo opps and ensuring that I was able to get an exclusive shot of the boys in the back room posing with the shoes and the enormous amount of K-DCMA shoe boxes stacked at the Finish Line Store.

One fan, Rushael Lawley, drove from Fresno, CA just to meet the boys. Her dad took the initiative to endure the 4 hour drive from their hometown just to make sure his daughter had her shoes signed and have a pic taken.

The next day, the Madden Crew held their official launch at the DCMA Flagship Store off Melrose and Martel in Los Angeles. Hosted by DJ Joel Madden, party goers were hyped as they were given shoes to take home with them and get even with their DCMA street walkers.

No time for relaxation as the Madden Boys have another meet and greet in Northridge, CA.

Globes got me crazy

I tossed and turned the night before the Golden Globe nomination as I tried to sleep so I could be at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on time for press check in at 4:00am this part Thursday.

It was an eerie feeling as I sat at in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel at 3:15 with a few other media people. The quietness was surreal. But once the 4:00am check in time came rolling around, the lobby became a frenzy of excite as we all waited to be cleared through security.

Once in, we took our spots then were treated to a buffet breakfast of croissant sandwich, egg muffin and various baked goods. I opted for the croissant. I met new and old press contacts and was ready to see the nomination presenters.

Before going live for the morning shows in New York, HFPA President Jorge Camara introduced the nomination presenters consisting of Brooke Shields, Rainn Wilson, Elizabeth Banks and Terrence Howard. Once the group announced various nominees before the live feed, we took our spots to capture the essence of the presenters that morning.

It was bit interesting to see that Brooke, Terrence and Rainn towered over Elizabeth Banks. How cute to see that Banks seemed more adorable standing next to the other three.

The biggest laugh of the morning was when James Franco was nominated for his role in "Pineapple Express." However, others moaned afterwards as why not nominated for his role in "Milk."

As this was my first time covering the Globe nomination, I was surprised as how fast the event went. At 5:30am, the noms was beamed live to the East Coast, then within ten minutes it was over. For us photogs, work had just begun as we rushed back to our office/homes or where ever we could edit our photos then post our respective agency site.

Lacking the sleep I thought I had, was a bit overbearing as I finished my editing by 7am.

But my day was not over as I still had to catch up on other premiere photo coverage I did with the last two days from "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," "Gran Torino" and having to stay at work to do other wire service duties.

My day didn't end there as I had to cover Jennifer Aniston's new film, "Marley & Me" that night.

On top of that, I had a migraine to deal with. So unfortunately, no yelling at Aniston to do an "Over The Shoulder" pose.

Eastwood takes his Gran Torino onto the Warner Lot.

Yesterday, the new Clint Eastwood film "Gran Torino" opened to a limited audience. For the World Premiere, the media coverage was even more limited.

Many wonder why such an interesting movie as "Gran Torino" would have a limited World Premiere event that the general public would not have access to. The premiere was held at the Stephen J. Ross Theater on the Warner Bros. Lot in Burbank secluded away from the public.

Your guess is good as mine. It could be that Eastwood is very private person and when it comes to premieres he's a bit reluctant to pose. I can imagine being in the limelight for so long that one would rather have the public concentrate on the film itself than the usual package of a premiere.

However, it was still a pleasure to be a part of that history of seeing Mr. Eastwood walk down a carpet for his film. As an American of the Asian persuasion, it ws even more endearing to see newcomers, Bee Vang and Ahney Her walk the carpet in support of their film with Eastwood.

Young Ahney Her posed like a veteran for the photographers. Watching her naturally move along the carpet was so refreshing. She knew the step and repeat process of a premiere. Automatically putting her hands on her hips and knowing that it takes some flexibility to do an "Over The Shoulder" pose illustrates that Ahney is ready to take Hollywood by storm just like fellow young Asian American actors such as Justin Chon and Aaron Yoo.

In the film, Ahney plays Sue Lor, sister of Thao Vang Lor (played by Bee Vang). The two are neighbors of Korean War Veteran Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood). As he watches his neighborhood slowly integrate with Hmong refugees, his widowed life becomes more bitter. One fateful night, Thao sets out to still Kowalski's prized possession, a Gran Torino car. That events sets into motion, a bond between Kowalski, Thao and his family.

Back to the carpet, Alison Eastwood showed her support for her father. Along for her ride was her husband Stacey. Funny thing was when a photog asked, who's with her, she jokingly said, "That's my husband Stacey, just like the girl's name." I wonder if she was supposed to be a comedian or just a director.

A big surprise of the night was Angelina Jolie. What a delight to shoot her today in a row. However, she was a bit more casual in an olive long sleeved blouse and black pants than a flowing fashion number the night before.

She was so accommodating with the photographers posing for at least 10 minutes.

We definitely can't be choosy.

Sharon gets stoned while Jolie gives photographers their jollies at the "Benjamin Button" Premiere

Last night was a black tie affair premiere for the new Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett film "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." While heading through the carpet, an interesting sound resonated through the air as Sharon Stone walked on the carpet ignoring the event photographers! Could it be that they were excited to see Sharon on the carpet. Nooo...not a chance, it came to light that Ms. Stone was going to do her usual ignore the accredited photographers while walking down the carpet.

This time, Stone would be verbally stoned as she ignored us. One photographer was heard saying, "We're not the paps, we're here to give you publicity!" Then all of sudden, she was booed throughout the carpet. Another photog shouted, "Come on Sharon! If Angelina can give us respect and pose, so can you!" While another blasted Stone by saying, "Sharon! Make up for the Milkshop.com fiasco. You made us resort to papping you at that event!"

Getting back to Angelina, she was so gracious enough as we asked nicely, "Angelina please come back! We didn't get any solo shots." To our amazement, she made the effort of coming back around a stanchion to pose for us red carpet photographers.

I guess she knows the difference between paps and event photographers that her significant other explained in an interview with Access Hollywood:

"Let me be very blunt, I hate them," Brad said firmly. "I hate these people. I don't understand how they do that for a living."

However, Brad was quick to distinguish between professional photographers and hounding paparazzi.

"We have to make a distinction between people who photograph celebrities at events and people who climb over walls wearing camouflage... calling out your kids' names as you try to take them to school so they'll look that way," Brad said, "I have no respect for these people. There should be laws against it. They should not be able to follow kids like this, but there's not right now, so that's the way it is."

As for Brad on the carpet, he's always a delight in photographing on the carpet. During this premiere, he actually gave us a treat by having his parents pose with Angelina and him.

As for his cast mates, they definitely worked with the camera. Unfortunately for Ms. Blanchett, buzz about her outfit was negative. Many loved the sequenced dress but when starting to move the eyes lower, the dress was ruined by some sort of spandex material that wrapped around her thighs. Oh well, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad.

A surprise for all of us was the attendance of Jennifer Lopez. She definitely knows that cream makes her sexy. Wow, she brought back her bodacious body after having kids.

The icing on the cake would have been Tom and Kate plus Will and Jada, but that didn't happen.

We follow his story set in New Orleans from the end of World War I in 1918, into the 21st century, following his journey that is as unusual as any man’s life can be. Directed by David Fincher, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” is a time traveler’s tale of the people and places he bumps into along the way, the loves he loses and finds, the joys of life and the sadness of death, and what lasts beyond time.
